You may be eligible for a payment from a class action settlement relating to your application for employment with LZB Retail, Inc. dba La-Z Boy
A Washington State Superior Court authorized this website.
An applicant for employment, Katherine Wright (“Plaintiff” or “Class Representative”), filed a lawsuit against LZB Retail, Inc. (“Defendant”) on behalf of herself and a class of similarly situated applicants for employment. The lawsuit, Wright v. LZB Retail, Inc., No. 24-2-19875-0 SEA (the “Lawsuit”) is pending in King County Superior Court. Plaintiff claimed in the lawsuit that Defendant’s job postings for open positions in Washington did not disclose the wage scale or salary range being offered in violation of Washington law. Defendant disputes Plaintiff’s claims and contends Plaintiff’s claims are without merit.
The Court has not made any determinations regarding the merits of the Plaintiff’s claims, and it has not decided whether Defendant violated the law.
